A sales process built around the buyer’s decision
Understand the need, qualify the fit and make the next step easy to evaluate.

Begin a sales conversation by understanding the customer’s situation. Ask about the problem, the impact, the alternatives and the people involved in a decision. A useful discovery conversation may reveal that the offer is not the right fit.
Explain the offer in terms of the customer’s priorities. Describe what is included, what is excluded and what a successful result would require from both sides. Clear scope reduces misunderstandings after a sale.
Agree on a specific next step rather than relying on an open-ended promise to stay in touch. A proposal should identify responsibilities, timing and the questions that remain unanswered. Respect a buyer’s decision to decline.
Review conversion and follow-up patterns alongside customer feedback. A larger pipeline is not necessarily a healthier one if leads are poorly qualified. Use the review to improve the process rather than pressure unsuitable buyers.
